Dress for Your Body-type During Your Photoshoot
Many of us believe that if we have a few extra pounds that we should wear loose fitting clothes that cover up the extra weight but that is just not true. The looser the fabric, the bigger a person looks. The same is true for horizontal stripes, bold stripes, and busy patterns. They make the body appear to be expanding outward without purpose. They also make us appear less confident.
We want to be fully confident in our clothing choices. The problem is our belief about the clothing and our bodies. We have to change our thinking.
I am a big believer in shapers for dress days, glam or for boudoir photography. These show all your curves and minimize the creases, excess skin, and bulky areas. Adding one of these pieces to your wardrobe can help significantly in showing all your best features and hiding the less desired imperfections. All in all, I believe women are perfectly imperfect and that is worth celebrating. These little tweaks just help give us more confidence and that’s what it is really all about.

Our attitude about how we look shines through significantly when we are wearing a certain article of clothing. If we feel bad about it, other people will see us as not looking great in it. But if we walk with our head held high, posture upright, and speak with a positive self-image, others will think that is incredible attractive and see us as such. They see what you believe about you.
