1. I love fishing. Like a lot. I grew up spending weekends on Lake Murray with my family. We had a place there and we would go out on the boat every Saturday. It was amazing, I can still remember the smell of the lake water with each warm breeze that came across. The feel of the waves breaking on the open water was peaceful. I could easily spend sun up to sun down out there just waiting for fish to bite. Sometimes I would catch a lot and that's nice too.
2. As a kid, I took karate for about a year and a half. I loved it and it got me into great shape. I ended up quitting when I got really sick for a couple weeks.
3. My dad was a professional boxer. Our family was a force to be reckoned with (lol).
4. I was adopted by my grandparents. They took me as their own and I always felt like they were my mom and dad.
5. I thought I would never have children. I was pretty selfish and thought kids would get in the way of what I wanted to do with my life. Now, I realize that my young self was pretty clueless. Instead of children preventing my life from being anything, they multiply it, making it everything. My life has been more joyful since my three blessings have come into my life than I could have ever dreamed. How sad would it be to live a life never knowing how it feels to love them and have them love me.
6. There was a time that I sold cars (oh so briefly). Four of them. I sold four of them.
7. I am one of the only women on the planet that does not have a purse problem. I really don't like them. I carry one because I have to, not because I actually like them and I certainly don't like to spend money on them.
8. I used to do some extreme couponing. Used to as in ain't nobody got time for that now!
9. I won a couple of pretty big contests in my life. One, I got to meet Dierks Bentley and the other, I won a car makeover. A body shop repaired a bunch of cosmetic damage and put new wheels on for me.
10. I don't eat eggs in any way shape or form. They're not for me. I will eat cake... because I am not completely insane but that's only because it has no eggy consistency.
