Those of you who know me personally, you know I talk a lot about real life. Real life is important to me because of all the social media, hype about perfection, fake life, frills, highlight reel yada yada. The real truth is that we all have something that is a real burden to us. We also have something that is a real blessing to us. We are all human but we are all facing hardships too. We face sickness, heartbreak, loss, misfortune and sadness but we also face joy. We face love, togetherness, celebration, tears of gladness all with the ones we love. When I say we should celebrate life, we should truly from the depths of our souls celebrate life because each of us have a set number of days. We may be 23 or 83, we don't know how many years we have. Love eachother deeply, make time, celebrate, love!
This week, I had the pleasure of celebrating a beautiful strong group of women who came together to honor their 94 year old grandmother and mother. They were four generations of truly loving, fun, down-to-earth, strong women. I absolutely love these opportunities to make memories with people who appreciate the value of family and time. We do not get a single second back once it has passed so grasp it TODAY! We do not know what tomorrow brings and your life is worth celebrating TODAY! This moment is one that matters that most. Love it, enjoy it, praise God for it.
